Media Release: Jobstore Launches Prospectus & Commences Roadshow

Jobstore Group Ltd (Jobstore) is pleased to announce the successful lodgement of its Prospectus with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and the commencement of the Company’s roadshow presentations to launch its Prospectus in order to raise up to $8 million and list on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) via an Initial Public Offering (IPO).
The Prospectus offers 40 million shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share to raise up to $8 million with a minimum share subscription of $6.6 million representing the issuing of 33 million shares at $0.20 per share. Following a successful capital raising and upon listing, the Company will have a market capitalisation over $34 million.
Funds raised from the IPO will be used to expand Jobstore’s regional operations, Research and Development (R&D), product development, Intellectual Property (IP) development, grow Malaysian operations and for working capital.

Jobstore Group’s Recruitment Platform is a unique online job advertising technology. The Platform provides a job distribution service for customers to advertise vacant positions across up to 50 job sites, social networks, classified ad sites and search engines including LinkedIn, Indeed, Adzuna, Glassdoor and Trovit.
The Recruitment Platform comprises of two products, the Talent Sourcing Platform and the Application Tracking System. The Talent Sourcing Platform assists users by sourcing and managing interested, qualified, and available candidates for customers of all sizes while the Application Tracking System uses AI technology to helps customers by providing a structured online process that tracks the recruitment cycle, from receiving applications to hiring employees.
Jobstore Group’s HCM Platform consists of applications designed to assist in the acquisition, tracking, management and development of an organisation’s workforce. Effectively, it automates and streamlines traditional processes and provides new tools by which to assist the customer with managing its human resources.
Jobstore will begin its roadshow presentation showcase in Sydney on Monday, 8th October and in Melbourne on Thursday, 11th October.
